Wow that's a lot.

Postby Pontius Pilatus » Wed Aug 19, 2009 9:08 pm

Surely, that's a lot. I never had more than 600 at a time. Then again I am used to OCC. If she has more cities, there must be coming even more. Well that's the way it is, if you have monuments, prepare for PvP, glad I don't have monuments anymore. I was going immortal, but I have to see the outcome of this clash of the giants  .

Cheers!
But it ain't necessarily so.

Some people have way too much food....

And if you DO have too much food, sell it to me (137S)! Best for both of us if you're under 6 hours away. We can negotiate prices over scroll.

awwwww bevus ended the suicide mission...

isn't it a bit of a waste of ressources if you attack with 8xx troops from 66 hours away if you target already has L22s and thus probably also high barracks ? that's easy to defend... actually tink i am disappointed that you didn't just recruit some troops and then bevus would have had no chance... and abana too

i guess now bevus has no problem getting rid of that monument.....^^

Great show of griefing sofar!

Postby Pontius Pilatus » Thu Aug 20, 2009 9:29 am

Well as I observed it, the bevus was allready in a monumentplot only one nome away. The longdistanceattack made Tink thinking I have plenty of time. He was just being cheap on the bread. Bev just jumped in from right under his nose. He had 600 troops there.
Good show!
But it ain't necessarily so.

I sent her 40k bronze too.

You know, for someone who claims to enjoy PVP, this sure is alot of whining. Tink, just suck it up. When you tick this many people off on a daily basis, there's bound to be some retribution somewhere. Even when people try to be nice to you, you turn it around and make it seem like they're an ass unless they're one of your minions.

i think that is exactly what you wished for when you started "come and git ma sphinx"... but back then everyone feared a trap and hesitated...

i just wonder why some people only sent ressources to others to let them attack... what can you lose in this game if you attack yourself ?
surely the monument plot you need to get rid of has no value anyway, except if you plan to die in a few days...

Correct!

I started with Two L5 monuments with L12 quarries. They are now no monuments & quarries returned to L1s.

Oh, and the attacking armies did not go poof with Immortality. The deleted armies are still attacking (many more waves than posted above)! LOL. Wave after wave of [deleted player]. :D

Strange... Armies should poof after one goes immortal or deletes their account, Are you saying they planned it that way?
no chance of retaliation either

Morning Update!

The very same thing happened in Sabah II. Some poor player who is now my new friend, was the patsy to get close to me & then suckerpunched again! LOL :D

This poor player was also attacked by [deleted player]. I was just suckerpunched by the griefer ameslady who was part of the obvious team again. My poor new friend suffered total fubar & doesn't yet have the experience to know what was going on. When I took my plot back it had gone from L5 to L0 no monument & L8 to L4 quarry. It was L1 monument when I took it, so the no monument bug that makes quarry go back to L1 is not as bad as I thought.

I had to beg my new friend not to delete his/her account. Not a happy camper there. All of this Sabah II happened very quickly from my point of view & was over when I returned from Theoris to Sabbah. My new friend had my monument, so I attacked him. Unfortunately, he took it from ameslady/others (others that I do not know yet) & I didn't know at the time. It happend so fast to my new friend, he/she was overwelmed, but tried to fight back the best he/she could.

Great story! Great Plot! Great Twist!

Hitchcock would be proud if he did war flicks.
