I am sorry for the delay and lack of information.
2 months and still nada. FOUR since the update was released via alternate channels.
Disappointing to say the least.

Better communication on the corporate forums for both companies would be nice.
Agree that more fanfare, or even some direct contact could have been done, but I thought I posted it in the relevant threads when it went live in Sept. Obviously it wasn't enough.
Glad you guys are seeing it now though.

Wow, I missed the reply from Jeff..
But it's true, TM historically does not self promote their upcoming titles very much if at all prior to the launch announcements. I would guess it's because of strict non disclosure agreements from the disty partners.
I know I for one would love to know what your all working on presently.

No, it is not the kind of game where you will have it playing in the background.
There is really no waiting for things to build or gain resources. You go out and fight mobs to gain gold and items which you use to develop your town.
It is not a city builder but more an RTS with city building aspects and is designed for short gameplay sessions.
very fun!

Sure, if you want too, but with raiders on you might get burned. Besides, our score has a HUGE playtime factor multiplier.
I played Orc Lords via Steam version last night with both my Nile Online accounts in other windows, but when I left Hinterland, I paused.
