I'm starting to put together the themes and metrics for the Korean-specific SCS society styles. Still contemplating which to use as the "base."
This is what I'm thinking of doing so far:
1) Eup-myeon / Sigol [Korean Rural]
-"Small Town"; similar to SCS's Small Town theme with small businesses, single family homes, and agricultural buildings
-Emphasizes Productivity and Devotion
-Theme Music: Janggu-chum
2) Jeontong [Traditional]
-"Contemplative"; roads are same as SCS's Contemplative theme, but signs would be in Korean; a Traditional style town would essentially be a Hanok Village with traditional tea houses, pavilions, temples, and Confucian academies
-Emphasizes Knowledge and Devotion
-Theme Music: Buchae-chum
3) Gwangyeok-si [Metropolitan]
-Probably a mix between Cyberpunk and Capitalist; a more Seoul-like feel with corporate skyscrapers and high-rise luxury apartments
-Emphasizes Wealth and Knowledge
-Theme Music: Sin Puri
4) Yusin [Authoritarian-Industrial]
-A mix between Authoritarian and Industrial, based on the society of 1960s-1970s South Korea; mostly big factories and repressive state apparatuses to force people to keep in line with the dictatorship's policies
-Emphasizes Wealth and Productivity
-Theme Music: ?
