Four cities, fully maxed out on every item

Well, after long last, it appears I've finally done it.

I started the game with no real goal in mind, but as time progressed, I set my goal as "max out every city." I didn't play for rank, but it appears I've been lucky enough to both meet my goal for myself and achieve the #1 rank as well.

I'll probably be going immortal in a few days, but I wanted to post this for all posterity, just because I don't know if I'll return to the game or not once I do.

Thanks to all who have made this a memorable and fun game!
